简介:

李明杰博士,于2014年5月获得美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学学士学位,2018年12月获得美国伦斯勒理工学院(RPI)博士学位,2019-2023年于南方科技大学任博士后,研究助理教授,2023年2月以青年百人A层次身份加入广东工业大学集成电路学院。李明杰博士近期主要从事微纳加工的应用研究,包括纳米压印技术、MEMS气体传感器、静电振动能量采集器等。近五年,以第一或唯一通讯作者发表高水平论文18篇,包含IEEE Electron Device Letters, Journal of Micrelectromechanical Systems等。

研究方向:

l微纳加工和传感技术,包括基于微机电系统(MEMS)的微型加热器,气体传感器,静电振动能量采集器等。

l纳米压印技术,包括图形复制缺陷的机理研究,非晶合金模板的制造,及体微加工在超疏水表面中的应用等。
