简介:
广东工业大学特聘教授,博导,海外高层次引进人才。
研究领域为数模混合集成电路设计及毫米波集成电路设计。2001年在顶级期刊JSSC上发表了国际上第一颗全集成CMOS 900MHz射频收发机芯片。2001至2015在Agere,LSI,Avago等公司开发包括各种工艺的高速Serdes芯片。2015年至2018年在中兴微电子技术有限公司开发了具有自主知识产权的GEPHY芯片,打破国外垄断。 2018年加入广东工业大学,从事数模混合集成电路的研发。国家重点研发计划课题 “宽带高效毫米波发射芯片”负责人,突破了GaN毫米波发射芯片的攻关任务,实现了10W发射功率的毫米波功放芯片。其高性能PLL相关的研究成果发表在了2024年VLSI Symposium[10]以及2025年JSSC[3]。
当前主要研究方向为Multi-G车载以太网PHY芯片及高速高精度ADC芯片。
