简介:
杨畅,博士、青年百人B层次人才。博士毕业于美国南卫理公会大学。主要从事模拟集成电路、射频集成电路、人工智能电路设计等研究工作。
研究方向:
1. 毫米波射频前端芯片设计
2. 电源管理芯片设计
3. 人工智能与数据安全电路
