简介:

   魏爱香,教授,硕士生导师。半导体材料与器件团队负责人,主要研究方向半导体材料与器件,新型太阳能电池。近5年来,主持省/市科技计划等项目5项。发表论文40多篇,其中SCI收录25篇,获得授权发明专利6件。从2004年来广东工业大学工作以来,招研究生23名,已获得学位17名,在读6名。葛增娴获得2012年广东省优秀硕士学位论文;庄米雪获得2014广东省优秀毕业生和校优秀学位论文。刘传标获得2010年度南粤优秀研究生;4人获得研究生国家奖学金;本人获得2013和2016年度广东工业大学优秀研究生导师。
